stuff and stuff

Guess who remembered my name!?!?!

Not like it's a big deal or anything...

Last night I went to see Kenneth Oppel's lecture called 'Esape Artist'. I'm SO glad I went. I wasn't going to(I was in SO much pain after my chiro appointment :S), but it was sooooo good! :)
I learned more about him than I ever thought I would.
Now I know; what Airborn was inspired by(the Aurora was inspired by the Zeppelin, and the interior of the Titanic, and the story was inspired by Moulin Rogue), what his favourite books were as a kid, that he was first discovered by Roald Dahl... and that was how he first got published, that he SUCKS at writing screen-plays(so much so that after he wrote the screen-play for the tv show of Silverwing, they were disappointed, and fired him from his own story :S), he worked for scholastic for a while but they didn't like him, so he quit before they could fire him :P, he also worked for the BBC, reading and reviewing kids books that might make good tv series, and I learned a bunch of other stuff :)
Now I'm super excited for his new books! The young Frankenstein books(there will be two of them) are going to be good!!!! And he's also has some ideas for stuff after that(and I'm excited, from the sounds of it, they are going to be awesome!!!! I'm sooo excited to see what he does with it) :D

I had music lessons yesterday, and they went pretty well, considering I only practiced for flute on Sunday during Aida rehearsal, and that morning :P
I had actually practiced my piano a lot, but really I should have practiced for flute. You know, since I am actually doing an exam for that this year :P

I'm SOOOOO excited for Aida, and all the stuff I'm going to do next year.
I REAALLYwant the Phil to go on tour, and from the sound of it, MYS is planning to as well. I just hope that works out... cause I REALLY want to do the spring show with TCP as well :S

My Jane Eyre audition is quickly getting closer and closer! It's on April 9th, which really isn't that far away at all :S I feel like I'm ready, but I REALLY want a part, and I REALLY don't want to be ensemble. I mean, the program costs WAY too much to settle for that :S.

My English class has been pushed back to 11:05 insted of 10:00 today. SO yeah. I better get reading that book that I'm supposed to be reading...

OH, and I sent out that letter for you today Maya, so you should be getting it soon :D
