This morning I got the pleasure of taking care of my little bros.
By 10am Jadon was up and Micah was back in bed... poor little guy is sick again :(
This is the third time since November that he's been so sick that he's slept and not been able to eat. No wonder he's so tiny....
I'm reading Darkwing now! I thought I had read it before, but I definitely haven't.
Taja just spent 5 hours in her room... she didn't want to go to gymnastics today, so the other option was 5 hours in her room and having to give up all her birthday money. She chose the second choice.
She actually stayed in her room for 5 hours and didn't complain at all... this whole not liking gymnastics thing is getting pretty bad :S
My new goal is to play my flute EVERYSINGLEDAY. Instead of just the day of my lesson :P
I'm taking my grade 8 this summer, and if I've gotten this far by slacking as much as I have... how good could I actually be if I REALLY tried.
So over this next year, while I work towards my grade 8 in the summer, and see how long it would take to get my grade 9... I want to practice diligently every day.
Just to see where it gets me.
Tonight we're going to find out how the solos at MYS were devided up... this should be entertaining :P
It always is.
I pretty much know I'm getting at least one, the one I had last season since that was the only one she didn't reaudition. She was going to, but only one other girl was interested. It was kind of harsh to just skip over it... but whatever :P that's just the way things go.
And I'm pretty sure I'm going to be singing the solo in It Takes A Whole Village, the one that gets sung over the choir. I just have a feeling about it ;)
I'll let you girls know what becomes of that.
Oh, and also, what are we doing about the journal situation right now? Are we planning on passing them on now, or what is everyone else doing right now?
