Im so happy its summertime!!I know just wish the weather would catch up :/ its cold:( and that makes me mad

Oh well :P I have a three year plan (with my dance) and hopefully it means that I can compete in an international ballet competition :D I just have to get a distinction on my advanced 2 and then I'll qualify :D

He let me fix up his hair for him, and he picked out this REALLY BRIGHT purple shirt thats kinda shiny. Its soooo dorky. But in an incredibly cute way. So proud to say he's my brother <3
I can't believe we'll be in high school together! I'm so excited though.
AND we'll be in the same class in second semester! Because I'm peer tutoring the Innovate drama class with Ms. Main. SO PUMPED :D

Also, I can't believe Maya will be DONE with NBS. So crazy.
I'm so proud of you my dear. That's a big accomplishment, and you should be proud of yourself. We all love you so much and we're so excited to see what amazing things you do with dance/life.

this is officially the last day I am ever going to wear my kilt to school.

guess what that means?

i get to let out all of the safety pins that are holding it together and let it fall into its rightful shreds.

oh, and on a side note, I also get to dress up, have my picture taken, and get that rolled up bit of paper that frees me from highschool forever...

Well, I really should be studying for my math exam on Friday... since I will have ABSOLUTELY NO TIME TOMORROW!!!!
But i haven't written for a few days, so I thought I would do so now.
I had my english exam this morning.
It was actually amazing and so much fun and I wish I had them more often. I would happily trad this coming math exam for two or three other english exams. 
Cause this is not fun at all.


Katlin and I had an ice cream/random salad/smoothie post exam pow-wow today.
It was good :)
I'm SOOOO excited for the rest of the summer now! :D

I'm waiting for my cupcakes to bake.
We are having a little party of people we haven't seen for a while tomorrow... and I need to have something yummy to eat.

Summer time and the living is easy

I'm practically done grade 10!!! Woot woot:D
I have my English exam to write and all but lets be serious it's English, = I don't really need to study very much :P I'm extremely happy at the moment.

I have so many plans for this next week! It's going to be so much fun:)

feeling less panicked

Okay, I'm actually doing alright in terms of studying. I'm a little over halfway through every review question from every unit. So thats pretty decent. I should be okay for problem solving, and hopefully the multiple choice part will be easy :P

Ugh, so annoying, my dad isn't giving me credit for all the work I've put into studying. He's like "I know you aren't studying that whole time, you're on your computer." But my review is ONLINE! I AM STUDYING!! And Facebook is super slow, so I'm not on there... Its just so annoying, I've actually put SO much time in. I take school seriously, he should know that by now!

On another note, I had a nap on the trampoline and now I have a lovely tan on my back :D Yay olive skin tone!! Haha. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't burn :) I can't wait for school to be done so I can do that every afternoon lol.

My brain is feeling pretty fried now though from all this darn studying. If only I had a few more days, there wouldn't be so much cramming... Ugh. I need to get out of the house and DO something or my head will explode!
Maybe I'll go for a run as soon as it gets a bit cooler. Or a bikeride since I ran yesterday. Hm.
Or I could actually start making cookies for my drama class like I said I would. Or my card for Mr. Anderson, since tomorrow is probably the last time I'll see him... :( So sad :( :( :(

Okay I must get out of bed. And away from my textbooks. I can feel them staring at me, temping me to open them again... STOP IT SPRING PROBLEMS I HATE YOU!

Last night I went to Toronto to see a production of A Midsummer Nights Dream, that the director of SLKT(As You Like It... if you take out all the vowels the short form is SLKT) and R+J, directed.
It was outside in an epic urban courtyard, with fountains, trees growing out of the cement, and lots of benches.

It was actually amazing. They space was AWESOME! And I LOOOOVED the way the action moved around.

I forgot how HARD physics is!

Like, when you do it bit by bit, it doesn't seem so bad. But looking back... Wow. This exam is freaking me out, a lot. That course was intense, and I have to know the whole thing and put it all down on paper for three hours. I don't even know if my brain can function for three hours straight on ANYTHING, nevermind physics problems... Now I know why people say this is the hardest course in the school. I believe them now.
Also, I've got english and coaching and the dentist the day before. So I have to do everything over the next 2 days. Yay.

I'm hoping the english exam will be pretty standard, no surprises essay and I'll feel inspired that day and use wonderful big words and randomly have insightful things to say about what we've read this year. Fingers crossed haha.

The thing I really hate about english lately is how we have to write the SAME THING AS EVERYONE ELSE. And only what MY teacher thinks is important. I can never really explore what I like about the novels/movies/plays. Because there were a few characters (Kurtz, Lady Macbeth) that I REALLY liked. And I'd LOVE to write an essay on them, because I'm a big nerd and I'd actually enjoy finding out more about their role in literature. But I hardly get to touch on them because they aren't in the curiculum. It just sucks, because I'm actually motivated to learn for once, and I feel like its completely stopped by school. :(

I miss being homeschooled.
Plus, I'm missing out on the homeschool prom! :P
I mean really, it sounds like the event of the year. LOL.

I'm getting super super SUPER excited about summer though!
My friend Jen and I are planning an anti-prom night, because she and her BF broke up so she's not going to prom after all. So we're getting dressed up and going to Mongolian Grill and eating carbs while looking pretty and talking about how we hate boys haha. Yay life.
And then the next night, my friend Alex is having a party! Yay! :D With FTC people and some of his other friends. Which will also be fun :)
And THEN, Jen and Caitlin and I are having a movie night on the Saturday after that.

Plus I have to fit in you girls EVERY DAY :D :D :D

relay, HP, dance and shopping

HEYYYYY omg im so sorry for the extensive absence recently! I don't even know where the time has gone! :S It's like it was only yesterday that I was dancing in the last and partial competition of the year! Now I only have two more days of classes pluss my exam and then I'm on SUMMER HOLIDAY MODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can barely wait :D This summer is going to be epic!

I can't believe that I'll be grade eleven next year, my life is going by so quick :S

Now on to relay for life! So I have gone out to get pledges three times and on average have brought back $210 per night!!! I'm legit so happy! I feel so good doing it, like I'm finally actually making a difference. Its so weird though I think I'm addicited to taking people's money or something! Like when i start planning to head home I'm just like oh well this house is on the way so I'll just do it, and then one more and one more! It's rediculous:S It's like an addiction lol. It's honestly one of the most bizar feelings though :P But yeah, so Relay For Life is tomorrow and I'm going over to Res at 4 to help set up the tent and everything and just set up and all, and just chill a bit too :P I feel like it's going to be EPIC though. There are so many activities there that the Canadian Cancer Society has planned and everyting, I was really surprised.

Ok so is it a little sad that I basically have my life for the next three years planned out?? Well I do. #1. Work my butt off this summer and learn the advanced 2 silibus and basically be able to do all the excersizes by the fall #2. Take my advanced 2 ballet exam in the spring of grade eleven #3. Work my butt off summer before grade 12 on taking my solo seal #4. Graduate from highschool, take a year off from school, work and take ballet with my mom and train for my solo seal exam hopefully take it in the spring before i turn 19 #5. get accepted to U of T and get my undergrad then etc. etc. etc. and have a well estabolished career :D end of plan :P

I think it's pretty pro planning skills right there :)

OMG I felt so loved tonight :D
So after years and years of me wanting to do Kaya's hair for her and her saying "nooooo" and me going PLEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEE???? and her still refuesing me, tonight she was like "Savannah, will you curl my hair for grad this year??" I sware my heart melted I was like awwwww <3<3<3<3 and then she was like do you think you could do me a favour? and her friend Tia wants me to do her hair for grad too :D I felt so loved :D But yeah so I'm super pumped for it cause I'm gonna make them look adorable!!!!! Oh and Kaya wanted me to do her make up too :') <3<3<3

So I bought the cutest pair of heels for my interview for Dance Canada pageant! they're like three inch and just black and they look so cute:)

So umm, basically I got freezing in my mouth for the first time, and the dentist just decides it's totally cool to JUST YANK A TOOTH FROM MY FACE!!!!
I mean wow.

Not going to lie. I totally cried.
I mean, IT WAS SO SCARY!!!!!
Wow.
Now I'll only have to go through that 2 more times at somepoint in the future.

potluck success!

We had our very last Free the Children meeting of the year today at lunch. It was potluck, and I was THRILLED at how many people brought homemade, delicious food in. It was way better than I ever expected!

There were tons of cookies, squares, rice crispies, chips, home made pizza (3 kinds!), nacho dip, tons of fruit... So much food :D I made hummus, and more people that I thought actually liked it. So that was good :)

But I should have figured, I mean that group is seriously SO awesome. I'll miss them over the summer :( The teachers, my friends, and the people I hardly know except that they're awesome. I'll miss them ALL <3

On another note, I also wrote my last physics test EVER today! Just the exam to go, and I'm DONE!!!!

Last night I went to Coffee House with Katlin at her school.
It was actually really good, and a lot of fun(I loved the comedy skits and sketches, they were probably my favourite).
There were some really good singers. A lot a girls who were WAY better then the two leads who were in their school musical...
Apparently this was the 'last coffee house ever' which is sad, and doesn't really make sense.
It think it's great that a bunch of kids have a space to share their talents in a safe, open and casual environment.
It was cute.
Not pretentious at all. I feel like lots of arts schools are WAY too full of themselves, and the kids at plain old public school are better, just because they don't act like they are :)


I'm babysitting tonight!
I'm actually pretty excited.
I don't know how many kids are going to be awake at 7... hopefully just the little baby and I can just sit and hold him for 3 hours :)
It's cute cause the parents are going to go see X-Men. I find that funny, just because it's the typical movie that the dad picked out.

Ummm... I think I'm done my ISU. I'm a little over word count... but I think that should be fine.
Like insted of 500 words, I have 677.
Which really isn't that much I guess.
But whatever.
I like what I have, and I hope the teacher does too.


I really want to get the rest of the marks on my Macbeth stuff back.
The first 2 assignments on that I got 100% on both, but this time it's being marked by a substitute. So we'll see how much harder he marks then my actually teacher :P
